Here is the handsome Mr Whiskers, a black and white long-haired beauty. Unfortunately, he has a life-limiting heart murmur, so we have found him a quiet home where he and his lifetime fosterer are good company for each other. ‘Two old souls enjoying the simple things together,’ his ‘mum’ says.
His favourite spot to hang out is in a box on top of the wardrobe in the spare room. He likes to be able to keep an eye on everything from a safe height. He’s quite interested in visitors: greets them with a loud miaow and inspects all their feet when they arrive. If they pass his sniff test, they are allowed in!
He loves Lick-a-Lix treats, enjoys playing and has a box of toys in the living room. He pulls them all out and stares until someone obeys the call! They usually do…
He copes well with his heart condition, though on odd days he doesn’t feel like eating, and just snoozes till he feels better. He loves being brushed- it makes him feel a Proper Gentleman.
