SPONSOR: 

1. Perhaps we offer different levels of sponsorship with a higher (more expensive level) providing sponsors with updates, a personalised thank you card, a mug with a pic of their sponsor cat? This could be done through somewhere like snapfish (when they have a 50% deal on!). I have several mugs I can show you if you want to see what they look like.
2. Rosie's suggestions: In the sponsor form, could it include the new sponsor's postal address as well as I like to send everyone a Christmas card, which is usually appreciated
   
   Could there be a link to donate on the sponsor form page so that they can donate for a year straightaway? If there's an extra step to take, people might cool to the idea, or forget,
    
   If they prefer to set up a standing order or direct debit, could instructions be given on that page? Sometimes people don't realise that they have to set it up with their bank. They can send a message saying that's what they are doing.​
